## **What is Goldilocks?**

Goldilocks is a DAO committed to developing custom defi infrastructure for [Berachain](https://berachain.com/).

## Nah really, what is it?

Goldilocks will (initially) be comprised of three primary components.

(1) A novel custom built AMM that governs the supply, price and behavior of [LOCKS](/goldidocs/locks/the-goldilocks-amm.md), the DAO's governance token.

(2) [Goldilend](/goldidocs/goldilend.md): An innovative NFT lending platform built specifically for [Bong Bear NFT’s](https://opensea.io/collection/bongbears) and their rebases. This platform will allow Bong Bear (and rebase) NFT holders to take loans against their NFT’s in a way that does not expose them to the risk of price based liquidations, whilst also offering more attractive interest rates than existing lending platforms that accept jpegs of bears smoking weed as collateral. It also helps to connect the value of the Bong Bear NFT’s to the value of Berachain by establishing a minimum fair value for the NFT’s denominated in iBGT ([Infrared’s](https://infrared.finance/) liquid wrapper for BGT). Finally, Golidlend also introduces an auto compounding wrapper for the iBGT token, called \`GiBGT, that allows iBGT holders to earn yield from interest paid through the platform.

(3) [Yield splitting vaults ](/goldidocs/yield-splitting-vaults/basics.md)that allow users to trade and speculate on the future earnings of yield bearing positions on Berachain's native and bluechip defi protocols.
